This full-time, in-person contract opportunity serves a single elementary school with an established caseload of 32 students. Located near scenic Port Orchard, youll have the chance to work with dedicated educators and families to support childrens development and academic success.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Current Washington State ESA certification Valid WA OT license Completed OSPI fingerprinting (or willingness to complete prior to start) Experience providing occupational therapy services in a school setting is preferred Ability to manage therapy services for an elementary caseload Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Passion for fostering student independence, participation, and engagement across the school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide individualized and group occupational therapy for students as defined in IEPs Develop, implement, and monitor intervention plans and goals tailored to elementary-aged children Conduct assessments and write reports documenting student progress and therapy outcomes Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with school staff, and maintain regular communication with families Adapt therapy sessions to meet the needs and developmental levels of each student Support classroom staff with strategies and accommodations to facilitate student success Maintain compliance with all state, district, and professional guidelines
