Qualifications:
Valid ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification Active WA OT license (Washington Occupational Therapist) Fingerprinted and cleared through OSPI School-based OT experience preferred Available for in-person work; remote not available
Responsibilities:
Provide direct occupational therapy services for an elementary caseload of approximately 32 students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and interventions Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth Participate in IEP meetings, documentation, and progress monitoring Commit to a full-time schedule (7.5 hours per day) through June 11, 2027
