Desired Background:

Current Occupational Therapist licensure in Washington State ESA Certification Previous experience in school-based occupational therapy and teletherapy highly preferred Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation Strong communication skills to connect effectively with students, parents, and staff across a range of ages Adaptability and organizational skills to thrive in a dynamic educational setting In this role, you will: Provide occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students from elementary through high school Deliver both in-person and teletherapy services to meet students' diverse needs Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement IEP goals Conduct assessments, organize progress documentation, and participate in eligibility meetings Offer consultation and educational resources to teachers and caregivers Contribute to a positive learning experience by supporting student participation and functional skill development This contract position begins as soon as possible and extends through June 11th, 2027, offering a consistent schedule of 35 hours per week during the school year.
