Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association and approved by the State of Washington Occupational Therapy Examining Committee. Active Washington state Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one. One year of outpatient care experience is preferred. Experience in hand therapy and splinting is a plus. Ability to assess and provide care across all age groups, from school-age children to geriatric patients.Hours and Compensation:
Full-time position, 8am-4:30pm Compensation ranging from $53.49hr to $66.58hr depending on experience, with additional shift differentials. Comprehensive benefits package, including relocation assistance ($5,000) and a sign-on bonus.Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to outpatient populations, including assessment, treatment, and education for patients and families. Possess competency in interpreting patient self-reports, behaviors, and understanding of cognitive, physical, emotional, and chronological maturation processes. Tailor treatment plans to individual patient needs and developmental stages.
