Overview Chippewa Manor - Chippewa Falls, WI Chippewa Manor is seeking a dedicated PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our highly respected rehabilitation team. Position Overview As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving performance in activities of daily living (ADLs), cognition, upper extremity function, and overall independence. This flexible, as-needed role is ideal for clinicians who value impact and autonomy. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive OT evaluations Develop and implement individualized care plans Address ADLs, fine motor skills, cognitive training, and safety awareness Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Participate in care planning meetings Maintain regulatory-compliant documentation What We're Looking For Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy Active Wisconsin OT license Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for improving quality of life Why Join Chippewa Manor?
