Job Overview All Star Elevator LLC, All Star Mobility LLC, and All Star Powersports LLC is looking for a detailed oriented and motivated bookkeeper/accountant to join our team. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities Requirements Experience in the following: QB desktop and Bookkeeping / Accounting Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Journal entries and other accounting tasks/ data entry Payroll and payroll taxes Understanding of Sales and Use tax calculations and reporting Financial reports: P&L, Trial Balance, Balance sheet, A/R, A/P reports, etc.

Skills required:

Proficient communication skills, time management with strong organization skills. • Understanding of QB desktop accounting, maintenance and clean-up is a must!

MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP!

Job Type:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
