Glance:
Maternity leave coverage, starting January and concluding at the end of the school year Serve as an itinerant OT across three elementary schools Manage a caseload of approximately 40 students, ensuring consistent and compassionate support
Desired Qualifications:
Licensed/certified Occupational Therapist in Wisconsin (or eligible for licensure) Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred Proficient in evaluations, IEP development, and implementing school-based therapy Strong communication, flexibility, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide therapeutic interventions for a diverse elementary population Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Travel between assigned schools according to schedule Maintain meticulous student records and progress reports
