Job Description:

Responsible and accountable for independently providing quality professional occupational therapy services to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Occupational Therapy Practice Act, AOTA Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics and Ethics Standards, and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures. The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient.

Qualifications:

Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license required. CPR certification required. No previous occupational therapy experience required.
