Work onsite for the 2026-2027 academic year, providing full-time support while enjoying the structure of a consistent weekly schedule. Requirements:
Valid Occupational Therapist license in Wisconsin, or eligibility to obtain it before the start date Previous experience in a school-based OT setting preferred Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff Strong organizational skills and adaptability
Key Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to students across various grade levels Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings to support holistic student growth Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation following district and state guidelines Engage with families to ensure continuity of care between school and home Foster a positive and inclusive environment encouraging student independence
