On-site Job Summary Seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services for patients of various age groups, with a strong focus on pediatric care. The role involves evaluating patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to improve daily functioning and quality of life. Experience working with children with autism is preferred. Key Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities and daily living skills Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care Educate patients and families on therapy strategies and home exercises Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation Provide therapy services in clinical, home health, school, or outpatient settings as required Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active or eligible Occupational Therapist state licensure Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Preferred Qualifications Experience working with pediatric patients Experience supporting children with autism Sensory regulation therapy experience Pediatric feeding therapy experience Exposure to inpatient and outpatient therapy settings
