Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the State of Wisconsin is required Experience in a school setting or with school-aged children strongly preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with staff, students, and parents Ability to design and implement effective therapeutic interventions tailored to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students in grades K-12 Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services based on student IEPs Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and other professionals to support student development Maintain accurate records of student progress and comply with all required documentation Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and related school activities
