Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy Valid OT licensure in Wisconsin (or eligibility) Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred Ability to manage a caseload of 35-45 elementary students Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Enthusiastic, flexible, and eager to adapt to new environments Comfortable working across two school locations and providing in-person services
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to elementary students Manage individual education plans, document progress, and collaborate with teachers and families Adapt activities and interventions to best support learning and participation Travel between two designated school sites (within close proximity) Maintain compliance with all school and state-specific policies and procedures Why Travel with Us?
