Key Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments as needed. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and contribute to IEP development. Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services. Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress. Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams. Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning. Qualifications & Requirements Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist License. Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) certification or eligibility, if required by the district. Previous school-based experience preferred.
