This in-person position begins as soon as possible and continues through June 30th, providing valuable services to a caseload of 32 elementary-aged students (4K-elementary), including 24 direct service recipients. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Wisconsin Prior experience in school-based occupational therapy or pediatric settings Familiarity with direct and consultative OT services in educational environments Comfortable managing an elementary-level caseload and collaborating with educators and families Background in home health OT considered a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct occupational therapy interventions to students (up to 24 direct services) Complete assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine individual student needs Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines Communicate proactively with staff, parents, and other service providers Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
