This contract opportunity spans the academic year, supporting K12 students near Milton, WI. Youll use your expertise to help students access their education, overcome barriers, and achieve their fullest potential in a collaborative learning environment.
Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapy licensure in the State of Wisconsin (required) Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and fellow specialists Commitment to fostering student independence and well-being
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop individualized treatment plans Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to support educational goals within IEPs Provide direct and consultative services to students across Kindergarten through 12th grade Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to ensure student progress and success Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and compliance with state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
