Job Description

Bring your expertise as an Occupational Therapist to help students thrive in a dynamic school-based environment through a contract opportunity with flexible teletherapy and in-person options. This role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children, supporting their educational and developmental journey near Pewaukee, WI.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license for the state of Wisconsin Experience delivering OT services in schools, including IEP development and progress monitoring Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and tools for remote intervention Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and other team members Ability to conduct thorough assessments, create targeted intervention plans, and document services efficiently Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Previous experience serving diverse student populations, including those with mild to moderate disabilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students, on-site and via teletherapy as needed Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized goals Consult with teachers and staff to support classroom participation and accommodations Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and federal guidelines Support students' sensory, fine motor, and functional skills to optimize learning outcomes Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in school-based OT This contract position offers variety, flexibility, and the satisfaction of seeing students reach their maximum potential.
