In person only We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students in a school-based setting in the Sun Prairie area for the 2026-2027 school year. Position Details Provide occupational therapy services to students in 4K through elementary school Caseload of approximately 32 students 24 students receiving direct services 8 students receiving consultative services Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary school teams Develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation Travel between school locations may be required, with sites located approximately 15 minutes apart Schedule Full-time In-person schedule Start ASAP Assignment through June 30, 2027 Remote work is not available Qualifications Active Wisconsin OT license required Occupational Therapist credentials appropriate for school-based practice School-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively with young students and elementary-age children Interview & Start Timeline Ready to interview ASAP Immediate in-person start available If you're an OT looking for a full-time school-based opportunity in the Sun Prairie area, apply today to be considered for an ASAP start.
