You will work closely with patients who have varying levels of physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities, developing personalized treatment plans to enhance their ability to perform daily tasks, thus improving their quality of life. Responsibilities Evaluate patients' conditions and needs to create appropriate therapy plans. Help patients improve critical reasoning and memory skills. Support patients in developing and achieving work or school-related goals. Guide family members in how to support patients in everyday tasks. Assess home and work environments of clients and suggest practical adaptations. Maintain professional knowledge and technical progress in order to provide clients with the best treatment program available.
