Job Description
We are seeking a Occupational Therapist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient evaluations to assess their physical, cognitive abilities. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients' daily functioning and independence. Document patient progress and outcomes in a clear and concise manner.Requirements:
Current Occupational Therapy license in WI. Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:
