Qualifications and Experience:

Certified Occupational Therapist (OT) with active state licensure Previous experience working within a school setting preferred Strong understanding of pediatric or adolescent populations Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and progress tracking Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, parents, and other professionals Reliable, organized, and committed to fostering student success

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students based on individual needs and IEP goals Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine students functional abilities Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student accommodations and modifications in the classroom Maintain timely and accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and communication with stakeholders Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing input and recommendations for student care Educate families and caregivers about therapy goals, progress, and strategies for success beyond the classroom Youll thrive in an environment that values professional growth, compassion, and teamwork while making a noticeable difference in the lives of students.
