Full Time COTA - Occupational Therapy Assistant About Our Facility Located in the heart of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, our 120-bed facility has been a beacon of hope and healing to the local community for many years. Our skilled nursing and rehabilitation services are designed to provide exceptional care to patients from local hospitals such as Siloam Springs Regional Hospital, Washington Regional, Northwest Bentonville, Northwest Springdale, and Mercy Hospital. As a preferred provider with our hospital partners, we proudly admit patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full Time COTA - Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team. As a key member of our rehabilitation department, you will work closely with our occupational therapists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help our patients achieve their full potential. Responsibilities Assist occupational therapists with patient evaluations, treatments, and documentation Implement and modify treatment plans based on patient needs and progress Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans Collaborate with other rehabilitation team members to ensure comprehensive care Requirements Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance Active AR OTA licensure in good standing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Familiarity with NetHealth software a plus, but not mandatory What We Offer We offer competitive rates and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
