Position Overview:
As a Rehab Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting our physical therapists and assisting our patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about healthcare and eager to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists with patient treatments and exercises under supervision Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions Provide support and encouragement to patients during exercises and activities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the therapy gym and equipment Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and collecting co-pays Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Empathy and compassion for patients undergoing rehabilitation Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely Interested?
