Founding Providers Wanted - White Raven Rehabilitation & Wellness (Renters) Opening September 2026 White Raven Rehabilitation & Wellness is an established orthopedic-focused clinic expanding into a collaborative rehabilitation and wellness center in Encinitas. After 17 years serving North County, we are creating a multidisciplinary practice dedicated to helping patients recover from orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, movement dysfunction, and sports-related conditions through coordinated, non-surgical care. We are seeking a small group of experienced healthcare professionals who are interested in becoming founding providers in a referral-oriented clinical environment. Ideal Provider Specialties Priority will be given to providers whose services naturally complement orthopedic rehabilitation, including: Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy Sports or Medical Massage Therapy Craniosacral Therapy Additional specialties that may be considered include: Pilates / Movement Therapy Nutrition Naturopathic Medicine Functional Medicine Psychology / Mental Health Counseling Other evidence-based rehabilitation and wellness specialties About the Clinic Newly remodeled professional healthcare suite Private treatment rooms Quiet, collaborative atmosphere Exclusive room use on your designated weekdays (no hourly scheduling) Utilities and high-speed internet included Cleaning and common-area maintenance provided Convenient Encinitas location serving Rancho Santa Fe, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Del Mar, and surrounding communities Opportunity for professional networking and organic cross-referrals Who We're Looking For This opportunity is best suited for established providers who already maintain an active patient base and are seeking a long-term professional home. Our goal is to build a collaborative clinic where independent practitioners maintain their own businesses while working alongside complementary providers to improve patient outcomes through appropriate referrals and coordinated care. Providers are expected to maintain their own professional licensing and liability insurance. Available Space Private treatment rooms are available on an exclusive monthly basis by designated weekday(s). This allows providers to personalize their treatment space while maintaining a consistent weekly schedule. Monthly rates begin at $400 per weekday reserved , with larger rehabilitation space available for providers whose practice requires additional room for movement assessment, therapeutic exercise, or rehabilitation equipment. Our Vision White Raven Rehabilitation & Wellness is being built around one central philosophy: If a patient is experiencing pain, injury, or movement limitations, they should be able to find the right provider within one collaborative clinic.
