Part-Time Compensation:
$40.00 - $43.00 per hour (based on experience) San Jacinto Valley Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive skilled nursing environment focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional independence Document patient progress and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary team Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions Ensure a safe and therapeutic treatment environment Qualifications Current California COTA license Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to quality patient care San Jacinto Valley Post Acute is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
