SLP Compensation:
$60
  • 120 per visit (based on discipline and experience) We're seeking licensed therapists to join our growing Medicare Part A Home Health team.
This position offers the flexibility to build a schedule around your availability while providing high-quality, one-on-one care to patients in their homes. Coverage Area Including the following areas: 90044 and Surrounding Areas Responsibilities Provide skilled therapy services in the home setting under Medicare Part A. Evaluate patients and establish individualized plans of care (PT/OT/SLP). Deliver treatment focused on improving mobility, independence, safety, and quality of life. Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care. Complete accurate, timely documentation using our electronic medical record. Manage your assigned geographic territory while maintaining excellent patient outcomes. What We Offer Competitive per-visit compensation of $60
  • 120 , depending on discipline, experience and type of visit.

Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills. Home health experience is preferred but not required.
