Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate patient therapy schedules. Create, update, and format detailed data reports. Organize and track department documentation and files. Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and families. Assist clinical staff with daily administrative operations. Assist therapist with rx as necessary

Required Qualifications Organization:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excel:

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Reporting:

Direct experience creating detailed data reports.

Service:

Proven background in customer service roles.

Preferred Qualifications Scheduling:
