This is a full-time position in the Therapeutic Behavioral Services Program in the Behavioral Health Department. Under general supervision of the Program Supervisor, the

MMHS/MHRS

provides assessments and related psycho social services to children, adolescents and their families. The Therapeutic Behavioral Services Program provides short-term intensive behavioral modification support to children and youth in community settings to prevent removal from school, home or another stable placement and to improve over functioning. Minimum Qualifications:

The minimum qualifications of this position is listed below. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

MHS

• BA degree and up to three (3) years of experience and/or AA degree plus six (5) years of relevant experience MHRS
• BA degree plus four (4) years of experience and/or AA degree plus six (6) years of experience and obtain a mental health rehabilitation specialist counselor certification from the county of Santa Clara.

Compensation and level of position placement will be determined based on relevant experience and education.
