$35-$40 Applicants must hold an active Colorado Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license to be considered for this position. At Sundance Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, the focus is on consistent, individualized care and helping each patient make meaningful progress. What Makes This Role Different Individualized treatment is at the center of everything we do. Therapy is fully integrated with our interdisciplinary care team. You'll build meaningful relationships with patients and see their progress over time. Your work will have a direct impact on helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life. What You'll Do Carry out treatment plans established by the Occupational Therapist. Provide therapeutic interventions that support mobility, independence, and activities of daily living. Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress with the therapy and nursing teams. Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques that support continued progress. Complete accurate and timely documentation. Qualifications Active Colorado Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license required. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
