We take a comprehensive, integrated approach to health, training, and rehabilitation, focused on helping every patient and client not only meet but exceed their goals in a supportive, family-like environment. Founded on the principles of individualized, one-on-one care, our physical therapy sessions are 40 minutes in length and are spent entirely with a licensed physical therapist. Our patient population is diverse and includes adolescent athletes, weekend warriors, professional athletes, and Medicare patients, with a primary focus on orthopedic, sports medicine, and post-surgical care. Our interdisciplinary team includes physical therapists, medical exercise specialists, personal trainers, and wellness practitioners who collaborate closely to deliver best-in-class care. As we continue to grow, we are thoughtfully expanding into the medical wellness and recovery space, creating opportunities for interdisciplinary learning and long-term professional growth. Position Overview This is a hybrid clinical support and front office coordination role that plays a vital part in delivering a seamless patient and client experience. The position provides day-to-day support for physical therapists and other wellness practitioners, while also managing essential front-office and administrative responsibilities. This role is ideal for students or early-career professionals interested in physical therapy, personal training, exercise physiology, massage therapy, wellness, or healthcare operations, and offers hands-on exposure to a progressive care model that integrates rehabilitation, performance, and wellness. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Practitioner Support Assist physical therapists and other wellness practitioners during sessions as directed Support patient and client flow between treatment, wellness, and training areas Prepare treatment rooms, wellness spaces, and equipment before and after sessions Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of clinical, wellness, and gym spaces Assist with basic non-licensed support tasks within scope and training Front Office & Administrative Support Greet and check in patients and clients upon arrival Answer and route incoming phone calls and inquiries Manage schedules for therapists and wellness practitioners Collect payments at time of service Verify insurance and manage visit authorizations when applicable (training provided) Complete clerical, documentation, and filing tasks Support daily front office operations and internal communication Wellness & Recovery Exposure Gain exposure to integrated wellness and recovery services as they are introduced Support interdisciplinary workflows connecting rehabilitation, performance, and wellness Learn patient experience standards across clinical and wellness services Our Ideal Candidate We are looking for a teammate who is: Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable in a medical, wellness, and fitness clinic environment Energetic, professional, and personable with patients and clients A strong communicator and collaborative team player Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn Priority is given to students or early-career professionals pursuing or considering careers in physical therapy, personal training, exercise physiology, massage therapy, or related health, wellness, and performance fields, though this is not required.
