RISE Pediatric Therapy is a neurodiversity-affirming, relationship-based pediatric practice looking for the right therapist to join our team. For the right therapist, we are excited to invest in your professional growth through support toward DIRFloortime® certification, pediatric feeding training, paid continuing education, and ongoing clinical mentorship. Position & Schedule Part-time to start, with the opportunity to build your caseload toward full-time hours if desired Greatest current need: 2:00-6:00 PM PRN therapists seeking additional hours are encouraged to apply Optional hours every other Saturday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM Saturday availability is not required In-person position in Naples, Florida Professional Growth & Benefits Support toward DIRFloortime® certification Pediatric feeding therapy training and mentorship Paid continuing education (CEUs) Ongoing clinical mentorship and support Support for additional specialized pediatric training and certifications Opportunity to grow from a part-time caseload into full-time hours Health insurance benefits available to eligible full-time employees We are looking for a therapist who: Genuinely loves working and connecting with children Is passionate about making a meaningful difference for children and families Values neurodiversity-affirming, individualized, relationship-based care Is curious, compassionate, and eager to learn Is receptive to mentorship and continued professional development Wants to develop and expand their pediatric occupational therapy skills Is dependable and collaborative Required Qualifications This position is open only to Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs/COTAs) who are licensed or eligible for licensure in Florida. This is an in-person clinical position in Naples, Florida. Remote and telehealth positions are not available. Pay:

$30.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 30.0 per week
