At Focus Rehab, Inc we provide patient centered therapy at their home. We are growing and would love you to join our team of experienced therapists and make a difference in our patient's lives. One on one mentorship provided if you have no home health experience. We will train you on the EMR's and make the transition smoothly so you can focus on patient care. We offer per diem work anywhere from a couple of patients per week up to full case loads and everything in between. You can select your own area you want to work and there is no micro management like big corporation. Coverage Needed - West Pasco and Northern Pinellas Areas (New Port Richey, Trinity, Port Richey, Hudson, Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor, Oldsmar)

Pay:

$45.00 - $110.00 per hour Requirements Valid state licensure Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to your therapy practices. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
