As Matterhorn Fit continues to grow throughout Southwest Florida, we're looking for a passionate and driven Rehab Specialist to join our Babcock Ranch team. If you're an Athletic Trainer or rehabilitation professional who enjoys solving movement problems, working one-on-one with clients, and taking a more comprehensive approach to rehabilitation, we'd love to meet you.

Full-time; including some mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings based on client needs What You'll Do As a Rehab Specialist, you'll work one-on-one with clients to identify movement limitations, reduce pain, restore function, and help them return to the activities they love. You'll combine your clinical knowledge with the Matterhorn Method to create individualized rehabilitation strategies that address the whole person—not simply the area where they experience pain. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive client evaluations and movement assessments Identify movement dysfunction, limitations, and compensations Develop individualized rehabilitation and corrective exercise programs Apply the Matterhorn Method to help improve brain-body communication and movement Guide clients through rehabilitation, corrective exercise, mobility, and movement sessions Utilize appropriate manual therapy and soft-tissue techniques within your scope of practice Progress clients from rehabilitation into strength, performance, and long-term movement programs Monitor client progress and modify programming as needed Educate clients on movement, injury prevention, recovery, and long-term health Communicate effectively with clients and help them understand their rehabilitation process Collaborate with Movement Specialists, Trainers, and other members of the Matterhorn team Communicate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals when appropriate Maintain accurate client documentation and progress notes Provide an exceptional client experience throughout the rehabilitation process Continue developing your clinical and movement knowledge through ongoing education and mentorship Qualifications We're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, compassionate, curious, and passionate about helping people move and feel better. Required Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field BOC Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) preferred/strongly preferred Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, injury assessment, and human movement Experience working with orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, or sports-related injuries Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team Passion for rehabilitation, movement, and helping people achieve meaningful results Strong work ethic and desire for continued professional development Preferred Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, or sports performance Experience working with athletes and active adults Experience with manual therapy or soft-tissue techniques Experience with corrective exercise and strength & conditioning CPR/AED Certification Experience collaborating with physicians, physical therapists, or other healthcare providers Experience working in a private practice, sports performance facility, or integrated rehabilitation environment What Makes Matterhorn Fit Different?
