Traveler Requirements:

1 year of experience as a COTA. Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1 year of experience in Home Health. Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license. Be willing to obtain Georgia or compact licensure

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one occupational therapy assistance to patients in the home setting. Perform therapy visits and support assessments under the direction of the supervising therapist. Help implement and carry out individualized care plans in the patient's home environment. Communicate patient progress and concerns to the care team to support positive outcomes.
