Role:

As an Activity Aide-PT, you will: Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing activities for our residents, such as games, arts and crafts, and recreational activities Develop and maintain relationships with residents, staff, and families to ensure a warm and welcoming environment Monitor and report any changes or concerns related to resident behavior or physical well-being Collaborate with the Activities Director to develop and implement activity programs that meet the diverse needs and interests of our residents

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support and assistance to residents with daily activities, such as dressing, grooming, and feeding Participate in mealtime activities, such as serving meals and engaging in conversation Assist with light housekeeping and maintenance duties, as needed Maintain accurate records and data related to resident activity participation and engagement

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting preferred Ability to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends Demonstrate a passion for providing exceptional care and service to our residents
