Mountain Comprehensive Care Center is seeking a Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program Aide to support the daily operations of our Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program. TRP is a structured behavioral health program that provides skill-building, recovery support, socialization, and community-based activities for individuals receiving mental health services. The program is designed to help clients improve daily living skills, strengthen coping strategies, increase independence, and maintain stability in the community. The TRP Aide plays an important support role in helping the program run smoothly each day by assisting staff, preparing activities, supporting clients during group and community-based programming, and helping maintain a safe and respectful treatment environment. Key Responsibilities The TRP Aide will: Assist TRP staff with daily groups, structured activities, and client engagement. Help prepare and organize materials, supplies, and activity spaces for TRP programming. Support clients during skill-building, recreational, social, and community-based activities. Accompany clients to activities and appointments in the community as assigned. Drive agency vehicles as needed to support daily program operations. Assist with routine cleaning and custodial tasks within the program area. Coordinate and collaborate with other agency professionals to support client care. Attend staff meetings, trainings, and other required agency functions. Follow agency standards related to quality of care, client dignity, confidentiality, safety, and professional ethics. Seek supervision when needed and assist with maintaining continuity of care. Complete other duties as assigned. Be knowledgeable of, and adhere to, all MCCC policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Shall be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Must have a high school diploma, or general equivalency diploma (GED), or qualifying documentation from a comparable educational entity. Must have a valid Kentucky driver's license.

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Knowledge of and personal experience with public mental health services. Strong reading comprehension, verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates the ability to communicate with others in a professional manner.
