Job Summary Spiritual Journey Counseling, LLC is expanding its Mental Health Rehabilitation (MHR) services and seeking compassionate, dependable, and qualified mental health professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be committed to helping clients improve their emotional well-being, develop daily living skills, access community resources, and achieve their individualized treatment goals. Positions Available Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselors (PLPCs) Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) Certified Social Workers (CSWs) Qualified applicants with degrees in behavioral health, social science, or a related field Key Responsibilities Provide authorized mental health rehabilitation services in accordance with each client's treatment plan Assist clients with developing coping, communication, social, and independent-living skills Provide community psychiatric support, treatment, and skills-building services as assigned Complete progress notes and other required documentation accurately and within agency deadlines Coordinate care with supervisors, treatment team members, families, and community providers Maintain professional boundaries and protect client confidentiality Participate in staff meetings, supervision, training, and quality-assurance activities Follow all agency policies and applicable Medicaid, MCO, and LDH requirements Qualifications Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, sociology, behavioral health, or another qualifying human-services field Current Louisiana license or provisional credential when required for the position Previous behavioral health, case-management, or community-based experience is preferred Strong written, communication, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to complete timely and clinically appropriate documentation Reliable transportation and the ability to provide services in the community when required Ability to successfully complete all required background checks and employment screenings Why Join Spiritual Journey Counseling?
