Day (United States of America) Under the direct supervision of licensed clinical staff, assists the therapists in routine tasks for therapeutic treatment of patients. Assists the department supervisor/manager in coordinating the overall department's function and maintenance.
Compensation Pay Range:
$17.42

  • CLERICAL DUTIES:
    Performs clerical duties to assist with daily operations of the department including scheduling, answering phones, calling patients, inventory, photocopying, filing, medicare and CPM tracking, data collection, mail and faxes, etc 2
  • ENVIRONMENT
AND DEPARTMENT MAINTENANCE/INFECTION CONTROL
Assists in the maintenance of the department's overall physical environment and infection control including cleaning equipment, temperature monitoring, pool chemistry, linen supply, area inspections 3
  • TREATMENT Provides treatment to assigned patients as appropriate under the direct supervision of clinical staff. 4
  • DOCUMENTATION Completes all documentation of services per department standards 5
  • BILLING Enters daily charges in a timely and accurate manner according to department standards 6

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education
  • Preferred High School diploma/GED preferred. Minimum Work Experience One (1) year healthcare-related experience preferred. Previous rehabilitation experience desirable. Previous coursework, participation in work or volunteer experience in the area of health, fitness or athletics required Required Classes/Skills
  • BLS•Basic Life Support Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8-1pm, Wednesday 2-7pm Responsibilities if
