Job Description

Looking for a fulltime licensed clinician in mental health services to oversee the coordination of care, rehabilitation planning and proper documentation of all service delivery for each individual receiving PRP in the program. The candidate must be licensed in any of the following:

LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, CPRP, LGPC, LGSW, LCSW

etc

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
