3DPT is seeking motivated and encouraging Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants to join our teams in Adrian, Brooklyn, Blissfield, Hillsdale and/or Tecumseh, MI! In these roles, you'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients while delivering personalized, compassionate care in a supportive clinical environment. No prior knowledge or experience with AFS is required to join our team; we provide free, CEU-approved foundational education for all new team members. AFS is the evaluation and treatment method developed and taught exclusively by our Director of Program Development and Education, Dr. Gary Gray, through the Gray Institute®. We hold our core principles, AFS+Love, as essential to how we care for our patients and collaborate within our clinics. "Because people matter to God, so must they matter to us." Applicants must hold a degree in Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant, Speech Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and be licensed in Michigan or willing to apply for licensure. New graduates are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate has a supportive attitude, maintains a positive outlook, possesses strong communication skills, can handle multiple tasks, and is proficient with computers.
