Key Responsibilities:

Designing and implementing comprehensive rehabilitation programs that guide the patients on the path of recovery. Identifying the physical and mental challenges in patients and determining the most effective treatment plan. Collaborating with a diversified team of healthcare professionals including doctors, psychologists, and nurses to deliver optimal patient care. Educating and guiding the patients and their families about different rehabilitation approaches and patient safety. Evaluating the progress of patients regularly and readjusting treatments as needed. Ensuring that the pertinent clinics and rehabilitation facilities are adequately managed and maintained. Staying updated with the latest research and development in the rehabilitation domain to incorporate new findings in daily practice.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Services or related field. A Master's degree will be deemed as an asset. Certification or Licensing as a Rehabilitation Specialist is mandatory. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as a Rehabilitation Specialist or in a related role. Familiarity with various rehabilitation therapy strategies and familiarity with contemporary rehabilitation tools and aids. Proficient in handling emotionally intense situations and the ability to instill hope in patients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills accompanied by the ability to maintain patient confidentiality. Demonstrated experience in working with a team as well as independently with little supervision.
