Skilled Nursing / Rehabilitation Job Description We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a rehabilitation therapy assignment at Western Sky Community Care Center in Grant, Nebraska. This position offers a consistent 5×8-hour shift schedule within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The COTA will work as part of the rehabilitation team to provide occupational therapy services and support patients with their functional and rehabilitation goals.
