At Valley Regional Hospital, patients are the center of our coordinated care system and right now we have an opening for a Rehab Aide to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Rehab Aide is:
  • At the direction of the supervising therapist, the rehab aide will assist with treatments and services provided by the rehab department.
  • A rehab aide will carry out the activities program in our inpatient unit under the direction/coordination of an occupational therapist.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and orderliness of the department, following guidelines from infection control and CMS.
  • Provide secretarial duties for the department on request An ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
  • Patient care experience and/or experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
