Job Description

Under the direction of the work site supervisor and vocational rehabilitation staff member the career development aide is responsible for meeting the demands of the job in the work site they are assigned as they participate in the Vocational Rehabilitation Dept's Career Development Program (CDP).
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
1. Follow a minimum of 1 or 2 step directions. 2. Respond to directions of worksite supervisor or designee. 3. Demonstrate the ability to commute to the worksite and navigate safely through the hallways.
