Job Description

Under the supervision of the Therapy Supervisor, the Rehab Aide assists therapists and nursing staff with the provision of rehabilitative care for a variety of patients. He/She contributes to the plan of care through participation on the interdisciplinary team. na
Requirements:
EDUCATION
Minimum:
High school diploma or
GED. LICENSE
PROFESSIONAL
CERTIFICATIONS
WORK
EXPERIENCE
Preferred:
One to two years in a rehab setting.
SKILLS:
Minimum:
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Preferred:
Medical Terminology course completion.
