Responsibilities include:

Provide skilled therapy within your professional scope of practice Complete evaluations and/or treatment visits as assigned Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans Educate patients, families, and caregivers Communicate with physicians, supervisors, and other members of the care team as appropriate Complete required clinical documentation accurately and on time Maintain professional and clinical standards Manage your assigned caseload and schedule Follow Therapy Depot policies and applicable regulatory requirements Qualifications Candidates must meet applicable New York State professional licensing, registration, certification, or Clinical Fellowship requirements for their discipline. Pay:

$120.00 - $200.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 - 50.0 per week Application Question(s): This is not a telehealth position. Are you a homecare (home visit) provider? Are you fluent in any language other than English?
