We are currently seeking a part-time Exercise Rehabilitation Specialist who is excited to work directly with patients, develop clinical skills, and become part of a collaborative healthcare team focused on true healing. What You'll Do Guide patients through customized therapeutic exercise programs for acute and chronic conditions Coach patients through corrective movement patterns to restore mobility and stability Apply your knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and physiology to support patient recovery Administer passive therapeutic modalities as part of rehabilitation plans Educate and motivate patients to actively participate in their healing process Work closely with our doctors and healthcare team to deliver integrated care Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming rehabilitation environment Who Thrives in This Role You are someone who: Loves helping people move and feel better Enjoys coaching, teaching, and motivating patients Is curious about human performance and rehabilitation science Wants to build clinical experience in a healthcare setting Is dependable, positive, and eager to grow professionally

Qualifications Required:

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Biomechanics, Athletic Training , or related field

Preferred:

Personal Training or Corrective Exercise Certification Experience working with patients or clients with musculoskeletal conditions Strong understanding of movement assessment and rehabilitation principles Skills That Set You Apart Strong communication and coaching ability Critical thinking and clinical curiosity Experience designing corrective exercise programs Familiarity with musculoskeletal assessments Knowledge of modalities such as electrical stimulation, traction, cold laser therapy, percussion therapy, trigger point therapy, or manual soft tissue techniques Why Join The Winchester Institute?
