Job Description
OVERVIEW
Performance Health in West Chester, OH is seeking a part-time or full-time Chiropractic Assistant/Rehabilitation Specialist for our growing outpatient chiropractic clinic. Previous healthcare office experience is recommended but not required. Experience with exercise and training is a BONUS but will be trained!! Bonus if interested in learning personal training.POSITION SUMMARY
The Chiropractic Rehabilitation Assistant is an integral part of the patient experience and a key contributor to delivering high-quality customer service to our patients and visitors that is caring, friendly, and consistent. This highly visible position requires exceptional communication, interpersonal, and training skills to provide superior treatment in the clinic setting to patients and the doctor to ensure the smooth operation of the office.QUALIFICATIONS
Required qualifications for this position include:- Great interpersonal and communications skills.
- Must be able to multitask while providing excellent customer service to our patients.
- Strong organization skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Background in training, exercising, or weight lifting
- Enthusiastic, must enjoy working independently and in a team environment.
- Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned. Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in a healthcare-related field (specifically training or exercise-based rehabilitation exercises with patients).
- Prior experience with personal training and exercising.
- Basic knowledge of the human body, exercises, and medical terminology.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- One of One Rehabilitation exercises with patients as taught by providers
- Greeting and interacting with patients
- Answering telephones and additional administrative functions as needed
- Schedule patient appointments maximizing provider's schedule

Pay:
