• About the Role
• We are seeking a motivated and compassionate
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• to join a school-based team in
• Albany, Oregon
• for the upcoming school year. In this role, you'll work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to support students in developing the skills they need to succeed both in the classroom and in their daily routines.
• What You'll Do
• + Provide occupational therapy services to students under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist + Implement individualized treatment plans focused on student goals and independence + Deliver therapy services in a school-based setting + Assist with assessments and use standardized data to monitor student progress + Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with professional standards + Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student outcomes + Help students improve functional abilities to fully participate in their education •Position Details•+ Full-time, approximately 37.

5 hours per week + School-year schedule (2026-2027 academic year) + Work across multiple school locations in the Albany area, with one day per week in a nearby district + Manage a caseload of approximately 40 students + Support students in a variety of classroom and school environments + Collaborative team setting with strong support from therapists and school staff
