Birch Tree Therapies is hiring an Occupational Therapist or COTA for the 2026-2027 school year! We currently have 2 days per week available , with the opportunity to increase your schedule as our caseloads grow. This position is designed to provide overflow support within our existing school-based caseloads . You'll work at one school site per day, supporting students alongside our therapists and school teams. As additional caseload needs arise, there may be opportunities to add days and grow your schedule. About the Role You will support elementary students in accessing their education, building independence, and participating meaningfully in their school day. This includes collaboration with teachers, integrating into classroom routines, and using strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approaches. Who We're Looking For Occupational Therapist:

Licensed PA OT and NBCOT certified

COTA:
