Rehab Aide InReach Rehab is seeking a motivated PRN Rehab Aide to join our rehabilitation team at Winner Regional Hospital in Winner, SD. In this role, you will work alongside our physical, occupational, and speech therapists to support patient care and help keep the rehabilitation department running smoothly. Duties and Responsibilities Assist therapists with preparing patients and treatment areas for therapy sessions. Support patient care under the direction of licensed therapists, as appropriate. Prepare treatment supplies and organize therapy equipment. Help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of therapy spaces. Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience. Assist with patient scheduling and daily clinic flow. Maintain appropriate therapy supplies and inventory. Work collaboratively with the therapy team to support efficient daily operations. Perform additional duties as assigned by the therapy team. Requirements Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Compassionate and professional approach to patient care. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Ability to work independently while being a strong team player. Healthcare, customer service, or therapy support experience is helpful, but not required. We are happy to train the right person. InReach Rehab is an E-Verify employer.
